Quality Sleep is Important for Health

Many thought that says that sleep for 6-8 hours would make the body more refreshed. But not infrequently after waking up, we still feel sleepy and tired. Actually how long sleep is really needed? Research shows that the average adult takes a nap, six to eight hours. But the problem still tired and sleepy after waking up does not lie in the number of hours.
