Danger of Not Eating Regularly

Are you not eating regularly?, If so, then we must begin to be careful from now on and change our diet so as not to interfere with our health. This will have long term impact on health. Irregular eating patterns in a long period of time can cause health problems.


 
From the physical side, let us imagine the digestive system (gastroenterologist), we like food processing machinery that is used continuously for 8-10 hours / day.

So that the 'machine' you can work with both would have to have a regular food supply, according to the amount needed for the machine work. If the food suddenly stopped while the 'engine' keep moving, chances are that the 'machine' that will begin to erode the parts themselves.

The way to overcome the problem of irregular eating is certainly the first thing is awareness and willingness from within yourself to like healthy. Do not think in terms of weight because of health is not the same as the figure scale.


Start by getting used to eat something (anything) at breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is to familiarize the biological clock and revive the feeling of 'hunger' is a natural alarm to eat. Once you get used to and can eat three times a day, I suggest to choose foods that are nutritionally balanced (add fruit, vegetables or milk for example).
