2. Eating large meals

Eating large meals can also lead to sleepy, especially when meals are most of the carbohydrates.

3. Caffeine
Caffeine is a stimulant that works by blocking the action of hormones in the brain that causes the body to feel drowsy. Strong doses of caffeine can stimulate the mind for a short time.
Be careful not to consume caffeine too close to bedtime as the effects can last for several hours. Caffeine in the evening or before bedtime can inhibit sleep, but can cause trouble sleeping.

4. Energy drinks

5. Alcohol
