According to the latest study, hear music 30 minutes daily is beneficial for the heart. It was described in the presentation at the annual meeting of the European cardiologists in Amsterdam not long ago.

the end of the study the researchers found that the combination group
experienced an increase in capacity to exercise and heart health to 39
percent. The number was 10 percent higher than people who are just exercising alone. Meanwhile, a group that just hearing the music alone had improved heart function up to 19 percent.
